Joanne Gaines, Founding Organizer of   Floridian Community Bank  attended the Second Annual Women In Distress  Starfish Luncheon on Wednesday, May 14th, 2008.   Ms. Gaines is a member of the Board of Trustees for Women In Distress .   Gaines is proud of the organization's committment to improving the South Florida Community.
